Yes! Shop E-Thread offers digital gift cards that are perfect for any occasion. You can send them instantly to anyone, anywhere in the world.

Important Notes:

• Promotions or account credits cannot be applied to gift cards.
• Gift cards cannot be used with Afterpay, Klarna, or PayPal. They are only compatible with Visa and Mastercard checkouts.

To check your gift card balance:

1. Log in to your Shop E-Thread account.
2. Navigate to the Gift Cards section.
3. Enter your gift card code to view the remaining balance.

Store credits and gift cards expire 12 months after purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or extensions for expired credits.

Yes! We ship internationally to customers all over the world.

We ship all our packages through Australia Post. Every order comes with tracking so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

• Graded for quality and condition.
• Reused, repurposed, or recycled responsibly.

At our Sydney-based sorting facility, we carefully select Grade A Quality items that are:

• Original and authentic.
• Free of notable blemishes or defects.
• Fit for reuse and resale.

This ensures you receive only the best thrift fashion items.
