How does Shop E-Thread store my data?

Important Notes:
- Promotions or account credits cannot be applied to gift cards.
- Gift cards cannot be used with Afterpay, Klarna, or PayPal. They are only compatible with Visa and Mastercard checkouts.
How do I check my gift card balance?
To check your gift card balance:
- Log in to your Shop E-Thread account.
- Navigate to the Gift Cards section.
- Enter your gift card code to view the remaining balance.

What happens when my credits expire?
Store credits and gift cards expire 12 months after purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or extensions for expired credits.

We ship all our packages through Australia Post. Every order comes with tracking so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

- Reused, repurposed, or recycled responsibly.
How do we decide what to put online?
At our Sydney-based sorting facility, we carefully select Grade A Quality items that are:
- Original and authentic.
- Free of notable blemishes or defects.
- Fit for reuse and resale.
This ensures you receive only the best thrift fashion items.
How do my purchases help the community and the planet?
