Our Quality Standards

Each and every item we receive undergoes rigorous quality inspection before being listed. The items we accept are sorted into the following conditions:

Excellent

This item is practically new! It shows no obvious signs of being worn or washed.

Very Good

This item shows no major flaws. Due to being worn or washed, there may be light fading or pilling in areas such as the knees, seams, and hems. Hardware may also have light scratches.

Good

Item has clearly been worn but is still in good condition. There may be minor signs of wear such as small holes (maximum two), light pilling, fading, or stains.

In addition to our standard quality check, select designer pieces are carefully inspected by trained staff for flaws and signs of counterfeit.

How We Measure

We inspect, categorize, and measure every item with care. In order to process items as efficiently as possible, we only take the measurements indicated in the diagrams above. Please note:

• We measure items laid out flat on a table.
• When measuring, we round to the nearest 1/4 inch.
• For chest measurements, we measure all the way around the torso starting at the armpit seam.
• Waist measurements may not match the size indicated on the tag. Due to the secondhand nature of items, fit can vary after wear and washing.

If something doesn’t fit, we offer easy returns within 14 days!
